Monday – Friday (Mountain Time)

9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekend sessions are available by request with at least 48 hours’ notice. Use the Request a Time form.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

How Payment Works

When you click a Book button above, you’ll choose your time and pay securely through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No student account required.

Student / Parent Portal

Our Student / Parent Portal is for recurring students. Families who book more than two sessions at once get access, so students can find their study guides, whiteboards and practice in one place. If you book one session at a time, you’re welcome to join when Matt invites you. One-off sessions don’t include portal access. When you’re invited, Matt will send your login and share your temporary password separately.
